I am Craig. Mad Science Creamery is my child. Unfortunately I also own a very needy fine dining restaurant and our original flag ship location (which was next to the restaurant) had to be converted for a banquet room. The model has been tested and works. Our menus, the process, the design... they are all on point and this would be a great opportunity for the right person/persons. Our fabulous ice cream and food are just part of the equation. We add a third and unexpected element that adds to the attraction at Mad Science Creamery. We attack as many senses as we can. Lasers, lights, sound effects and a theatrical team that serve as ice cream scientists and complete hams. Although designed with kids as our demographic, it is rare we see adults that don't also appreciate the show. This whole presentation was well thought through and well received.

Nobody is doing this. The model attracts the curious and retains them.

Nitrogen boils at negative 321 fahrenheit. Now mix it with anything and you can freeze that thing instantly. Why is this is cool with Ice cream? It happens so fast it does not have the time to form ice crystals, which are the culprit in freezer burned ice cream that sits out in other shops. This process gets done with our licensed and costly mixers. With the blend of the right ingredients and nitrogen, we can instantly make delicious ice cream right before your eyes! The coolest part is the visual show!
